The Health Protection Agency’s role is to supply a detailed approach to protecting the UK’s public health by providing accurate support and advice. Epic provided e-learning material for health care professionals detailing actions to take in certain life-threatening circumstances. Epicentre Service Desk was required to provide support.

The solution:

Epicentre Service Desk was asked to support Health Protection Agency (HPA) administrators due to the large user base. Because of the serious nature of the content, it was imperative that the e-learning was precise. We thoroughly investigated all queries and provided first-time resolutions to HPA within allocated time periods. Service Desk and HPA have equipped health care professionals with an up to date learning platform that will enhance existing training.

The results:

Since the HPA started using Epicentre Service Desk, the developers have been fully able to manage the issues raised by the client and their product’s end users.
